Hello Friends,

Through the years, we have had our own health issues, as well as some health challenges for our children. Based on our own research and experience, we learned that food is often the best medicine.

We have also tried to use “diets” to manage our health and weight, but they often failed us. Why did they fail us?

  1. We tell ourselves that once we lose weight we will be healthy. Though there is some truth to this, losing weight is not going to make you healthy, especially if you are eating foods that are not supporting your body.
  2. We tell ourselves we are going to "diet". Diet means to restrict and deprive. It is temporary. It is time for a program that is sustainable and satisfying for your whole family.

  3. We think we are eating "healthy," only to find out that we are not. There is so much misleading information out there about what is truly good for you. We will provide you with the latest information.
  4. We believe the only way to be healthy is to count calories, fats, and proteins. A healthy lifestyle must be sustainable. Choosing the right protein, fiber and healthy fats will be more satisfying, which will lead to eating less “junk foods.”
